Triumph Viaggi e Incentive has reserved a large number of rooms in different hotel categories both in
the Congress Venue area and in different other areas of the city. An early hotel reservation is strongly
recommended to optimize your accommodation's arrangement.

Hotel room reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis ONLY until 30 March, 2007.
After this date room availability cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to satisfy your request.
Triumph Viaggi e Incentive will confirm your reservation by fax or by e-mail including the address and
price per night of the assigned hotel.

Group reservations (more than 5 rooms) will be dealt by Triumph Viaggi e Incentive by separate contracts.
Rates are in EURO per room, per night, breakfast, services and tax included.

HOTEL PAYMENT: The payment can be made by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card.

By bank transfer: all payments must be made in Euro and made payable to “Triumph Viaggi e Incentive
S.r.l.”. The hotel reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment by Triumph Viaggi e Incentive S.r.l..
First night deposit plus the booking fee (Euro 20.00 per room) are required to confirm the hotel
reservation (see the required deposit in the hotel reservation form). The final settlement of the hotel
reservation has to be paid directly to the hotel upon checking out.

PAYMENT HAS TO BE MADE WITH THE INSTRUCTION “WITHOUT CHARGES TO THE BENEFICIARY”

By credit card: first night deposit will be charged directly by the hotel. The agency fee (Euro 20.00 per
room) will be charged by Triumph Viaggi e Incentive upon reservation. The final settlement of the hotel
reservation has to be paid directly to the hotel upon checking out.

Cancellation Policy: all amendments or cancellations regarding your hotel reservation should be
submitted in writing to “Triumph Viaggi” and not directly to the hotels. Cancellations will be subject to
the following conditions: No penalty will be applied to cancellations until 28 March , 2007. After this
date for cancellations, no-show, late arrivals and early departures the amount for the total number of
nights booked will be charged.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES THE BOOKING FEE WILL BE REIMBURSED.
Please note that any refund will be processed after the Congress.
